5 Years, California Dreamin' & The OC

Ever since I can remember, I have wanted to travel to California. Well, two weekends ago I fulfilled that dream. Mike & I flew out to Orange County & explored their beaches for our 5th anniversary. We rented a car & drove along the Pacific Coast Highway, tasted wine, ate crab & lobster, saw dolphins & seals, walked out on the Newport Beach & Balboa Piers, watched surfers & splashed in the waters of Laguna Beach. We couldn't have done it without our parents who cared for our boys & "subsidized" some of our expenses. It was great being there during the off- season. More importantly, it was such a blessing to be together~just the two of us~ to celebrate our marriage.
